About GetProfitable
GetProfitable is a free community for people who trade, or want to learn how. Stocks, options, futures, forex, crypto, prop firms: if it trades, there is a forum for it here.
Why it looks like a classic forum
Because forums were better then. Threads, not feeds. Tables, not cards. Your posts in chronological order with nobody's algorithm in between. We built the site in the spirit of the message boards of the early 2000s, with our own design, and to load fast on anything.
What is free
The forums, every course we write, the trading dictionary, the research library, the curated links and the calculators. Nothing you need to learn is behind a payment, and that is not going to change.
Some things here cost us money every time someone uses them — a tool that calls a paid AI model on every run, for example. Those come with a free allowance each month and then run on credits. There is also a Pro membership for people who want private forums and a few perks. Neither is needed to learn anything on this site.
How we make money
Clearly labeled sponsors, clearly labeled affiliate links, Pro memberships, and credits for the few tools that cost money to run. See the affiliate disclosure. Sponsors do not moderate, do not write courses, and do not get to remove criticism.
What we are not
We are not advisers, brokers, or a financial institution. Nobody here is. Read the risk disclosure, the disclaimer and the rules.
