These terms are a contract between you and [Your legal entity name] ("GetProfitable", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using getprofitable [domain] (the "site") you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What GetProfitable is

An online community and educational resource for people interested in trading financial markets. We host user forums, courses, tools, news summaries and links to third-party resources. We are not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, tax adviser, law firm or financial institution, and we are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA or any other regulator.

2. Nothing here is advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, contract, currency, token or other instrument. Content is provided by us and by other users for educational and informational purposes only. No user, moderator, sponsor or staff member is your adviser or fiduciary. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including loss greater than your deposit in leveraged products. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Read the Risk Disclosure.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the Community Rules, with or without notice.

4. User content

You own what you post. By posting you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to store, display, reproduce, adapt and distribute it as part of operating and promoting the site, including in search results, feeds, digests and backups. You represent that you have the rights to post it.

We do not pre-screen user content and are not responsible for it. Opinions in the forums are those of their authors. We may remove content that breaks the rules or the law, and we act as an intermediary for user content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including 47 U.S.C. § 230 where it applies.

If you delete your account, your posts are anonymized rather than deleted so that conversations stay intact; direct messages and personal data are removed.

5. Our content

Courses, playbooks, glossary entries, research summaries and other material written by GetProfitable are © GetProfitable. You may read and share links freely and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, sell, scrape in bulk, or train commercial models on our content without written permission.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Selling or promoting trading signals, "guaranteed" returns, copy-trading groups, or unregistered investment or advisory services.
  • Sharing pirated, leaked or "group buy" courses, books, data or software.
  • Spam, scams, phishing, pump-and-dump or other market manipulation, or coordinated promotion.
  • Harassment, hate, threats, or publishing someone's private information.
  • Scraping, automated posting, circumventing rate limits, bans or access controls, or interfering with the site.
  • Posting content you do not have the right to post, including paywalled articles and copyrighted images.

7. Sponsors, affiliates and third parties

Some content is sponsored and some links are affiliate links; both are labeled. See the Affiliate and Sponsor Disclosure. Third-party sites, brokers, prop firms, tools and courses we link to are not ours; we do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, practices or solvency. Do your own due diligence and check regulators before sending anyone money.

8. Tools and calculators

Calculators produce illustrative numbers from the inputs you provide. They may contain errors, do not account for your circumstances, and are not a substitute for your broker's figures or professional advice.

9. Pro membership and payments

Paid memberships, when offered, are billed by our payment processor under the terms shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change features or prices with notice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Data and news are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetProfitable and its owners, staff, moderators and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any content on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the site, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
