NGMI is the counterpart to wagmi and is usually aimed at people who take profits, express doubt, or leave a position. That makes it a social penalty for risk management, which is worth seeing clearly.
Communities that punish selling and reward holding are optimised for the holder's comfort, not for the member's outcome. A group in which nobody can say they reduced without being mocked will systematically produce people who did not reduce. See weak-hands.
